General Terms of Services
Terms and Conditions
1. Rental period starts on the day the dumpster is dropped off.
10 yard – 5 days (From November through March 7 day rentals)
15 yard - 5 days (From November through March 7 day rentals)
Note: 10 and 15 yards will automatically be picked up on the final day of rental
period from April 1 through October 31.
20 yard - 7 days
30 yard – 10 days
40 yard- 10 days
2. Disposal tonnages included in pricing are listed below unless otherwise
specified on customer invoice:
• 10 yard – 4,000 lbs
• 15 yard – 4,000 lbs
• 20 yard – 4,000 lbs
• 30 yard - 6,000 lbs
• 40 yard - 6,000 lbs
30 and 40 yard include 6,000 lbs instead of 4,000 lbs.
3. Tonnage exceeding what is above or what is listed on your invoice will be
billed additionally at $65.00 per 2000 lbs.
4. Do not overfill the dumpster. Please keep the debris level with the dumpster as
we must tarp the dumpster in order to remove the dumpster. If the dumpster is
overfilled, a dry run fee of $250 will be charged, customer will need to empty load
to correct fill line and schedule a new pickup date. Customer will be responsible
for any daily overages/other fees incurred due to rescheduling the pickup date
due to the dry run.
5. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY: Real Waste Solutions is not responsible for any
damage beyond the curb line. We can place the container wherever dictated by
the customer but cannot be responsible for cracked driveways, broken concrete,
water lines, underground tanks, rust spots, damaged fencing or landscaping
(including lawns), septic systems, etc. that occurred due to placement of the
container whether by the delivery truck or the container itself. Customer must
assure a minimum of 15’ overhead clearance for all power, phone, internet, cable,
and any other lines/structures/trees. Customer releases Real Waste Solutions and
holds harmless Real Waste Solutions against all claims, and damage to property
arising out of CUSTOMER’S use, operation, or possession of the roll-off container.
Company shall not be liable to CUSTOMER for failure to perform the services due
to events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, fires,
Floods, and governmental actions, changes in law, weather, traffic, or acts of God.
Customers should mark and advise all drivers of possible hazards prior to delivery.
Unless otherwise quoted, our prices include only one hooking and unhooking of a
dumpster. The driver retains the right to deny placement in a requested location
based upon safety and/or site considerations.
6. Customer must call to schedule removal at least one day in advance. The
dumpster will not be removed automatically on the last day of the rental
period. Once the rental period has expired, extra days will be billed at $10.00
per day for 10 and15 yard dumpsters. $15.00 per day for 20, 30 and 40 yard
dumpsters
Failed Run Attempt/Dry Run Fee: If an attempt to deliver or remove a dumpster
results in a failed attempt due to failure on the customers behalf there is a failed
attempt fee that will be assessed to the customer. The failed attempt fee is
$250.00.
Relocation Fee: $250
7. Customers are responsible for damage to the container beyond reasonable
wear and tear. When using machinery to load containers, please be careful.
8.Materials not accepted at our disposal facility include:
• Toxic Waste
•Paint – Liquid (Paint cans must be dried out and put into a garbage bag
tied off)
•Hazardous Waste
• Paint
•Used Oil
• Antifreeze
• Lead Acid Batteries
•Un-flattened Barrels
•Un-flattened Drums
• Propane Tanks
• Asbestos (Call for pricing for Asbestos)
• Flammable Liquids
• Any product that has freon (For example, refrigerators or freezers)
The below items cost additional at $35 each

9. Customers will assume and be responsible for any fines, violations, or
penalties arising from content in container.
10. Real Waste Solutions is not responsible for any injury sustained while loading
or using our container.
11. Cancelation: Real Waste Solutions reserves the right to keep up to 50% of the
initial payment if customer cancels service after payment has been received to
cover costs of overhead. If customer refuses delivery after the driver is on site and
states (they canceled the order) and we do not have proof they attempted to
cancel a minimum of $200 dry run fee will also be assessed.
12. Prices and Payment Terms: Price is as stipulated at commencement of service.
Signing and completion of this agreement serves as customer agreement to
pricing terms, conditions and fees. When credit card information is provided,
authorization is given for all charges associated with services according to agreed
upon terms and pricing. If, at any time during a rental term, Real Waste Solutions
authorization to charge your credit card is revoked and/or canceled by Customer
or any third-party, then Real Waste Solutions, within its sole discretion, may
immediately terminate the Equipment rental and recover the Equipment without
notice or liability to Real Waste Solutions, and without prejudice to or waiver of
any of Real Waste Solutions remedies against Customer. Customer waives the
right to dispute all charges to debit/credit card, provided the charges are in
accordance with Service Agreement
By signing our online order form and checking the terms and service agreement
box, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms
listed in the entirety of the contract.

to cover costs of overhead. If a customer refuses delivery after the driver is on
site and states (they canceled the order) and we do not have proof they
attempted to cancel a minimum of $250 dry run fee will also be assessed.

Concrete ONLY. If there are any other debris in the dumpster such as trash then the dumpster will be charged at $375 a haul and $75 per ton (every 2000 pounds).
